Description

As the TEAM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall direction, organization, and quality of the TEAM Training programs in your club. Provide guidance to TEAM Instructors and staff to ensure they are running high quality, best in class group training programs.

Responsibilities
: Assist in the overall direction and implementation of the TEAM Training programs
: Manage TEAM program budget, equipment reservation, and inventory
: Coordinate marketing and demonstration classes to support full attendance in all TEAM programs
: Manage TEAM program instructors and assist in hiring, mentoring, professional development, and Payroll

Qualifications
: Four year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred.
: Two to three years of personal training and program design experience preferred or three to five years in Health and Fitness field
: Minimum of one nationally accredited Personal Training certification
: Experience teaching or participating in TEAM programs and heart rate training
: Supervisory experience preferred
